This afternoon, let us all witness as the Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo will deliver her 9th and last State of the Nation Address or SONA 2009.

This year’s SONA will highlight on the next year budget. Might expect also that the president will deliver her accomplishment and achievement during her administration from 2001 up to present.

Expect also for many rallies and mass protest accross the nations and some of the regular critics of the President after she delivered here speech.
